What is JRQ?
JRQ stands for Japanese Relations at Queen's. It is a club located on Queen's campus that focuses on Japanese culture. We host events with Japanese themes on food, entertainment, and culture.

How much does membership cost?
Membership is $5 and this includes a discounted price for all our events, discounts to Asian restaurants and grocery stores.

What does the Japanese on the website mean?
This is as direct a translation to 'Japanese Relations at Queen's'. In romanji: 'kuiinzu daigaku nihon bunka kouryuukai'.

Do you need to be Japanese to join?
Of course not! Anyone can join!
