[NEW EVENT] Nabemono Charity Event

Mar 5: Nabemono Charity Event
Location: QUIC (Queen's University International Center, in the JDUC)
Time: 5:30 - 8 pm

Nabemono, or Japanese-style Hot Pot, is a dish served and shared among many people. It features thin slices of pork, nappa cabbage, mushrooms, tofu, and more in a savoury broth. As an appetizer, we are serving edamame, or soybeans. Dessert will be a traditional Japanese dish, shiratama with anko, a sticky rice cake served with red bean paste (but vanilla ice cream will also be available).

Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Thousand Crane Charity Event. During ticket sales, we will be continuing to fold cranes. Currently, we are at 600 cranes! Please fold one with us and make a wish inside :)

Ticket sales:
Tuesday - Friday, March 1-4: 12:30 - 4:30 pm in MAC-CORRY

Only 40 seats are available, please buy your tickets early!!
